A Letter to our girl!

Dear Baby Girl,

During the second Saturday session of General Conference, Mommy started having really bad pain in her stomach. It was so painful she couldn't even move. Mommy and Daddy were getting a worried about you. We wanted to make sure you were okay. We went down to the hospital and the first thing they did was check your heartbeat. It was so comforting to hear a "woosh woosh woosh" noise. (that's what your heart sounds like). They said your heart sounded normal, but just in case they were going to do an ultrasound. (This makes it so we can see you!) While they were doing the ultra sound they said everything was just fine. You were moving around and growing just like you should be. Then they asked us if we wanted to know if you were a boy or a girl. We said YES! {Even though we had scheduled a Doctors appointment the following Monday to find out anyways} That's when he told us you were a girl. We were so excited! Mommy and Daddy couldn't believe there was a precious little girl growing inside mommy. The Doctor ended up telling us that the pain Mommy was feeling was called Ligament pain. The pain is caused by Mommy's body making room so you can grow even bigger. It is totally normal in pregnancy.

After we got home from the Hospital, We couldn't stop thinking and talking about you. When we went to our appointment on Monday at the Doctors Office, they confirmed that you were in fact a little girl. Aunt Lindsay is graduating from college this weekend, so Grandma and Grandpa Bullock and a lot of family are coming up for her graduation. We were going to wait until they got here to tell everyone, but Mommy was too excited. She told everyone within 2 hours of finding out. Everyone is so excited to meet you. Mommy can't wait until she can feel you moving inside of her. People tell her that it is the best part about pregnancy. Mommy and Daddy love you baby girl. We are grateful for you everyday!

Love,

Mommy
