Breakfast Pizza!

Did I hear someone ask for a super tasty, semi-healthy pizza recipe?!?
No worries! Your wish is my command...

My In-Laws introduced us to this recipe and at first we were a little skeptical. "Breakfast Pizza" sounded a little suspicious to us, but we gave it a shot! It has become one of our favorites! Hope you enjoy!

*You don't need to buy a specific brand of any of these ingredients. It will be good regardless!
{Trust me!}

Ingredients:
+Pizza Crust (Homemade or Store Bought)
+Pizza sauce
+Eggs
+Spinach
+Ham
+Sausage (We used already cooked turkey sausage)
+Peppers (red is my favorite)
+Cheese
+Olive Oil

Directions:
 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. Scramble your eggs, chop peppers, cut up peppers, etc.
3. Rub a little oil on the crust, spread pizza sauce all over, then pile on spinach, peppers, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese and if you have more pizza toppings you like, put 'em on too! ( I was thinking mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, etc would be tasty.)
4. Bake pizza for 8-10 Minutes (unless packaged crust gives different instructions). The cheese should be all the way melted.
5. Take out and enjoy!

Try it! Let me know how it turns out!

Cheetos.

Tonight she ate Cheetos. Her fingers and mouth were crazy cheesey and she loved everything about it. What is it about Cheetos that draws little kids (and some adults) in? They are definitely a childhood staple. Am I right? Whatever it is, they've got this girl hooked.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.

If you are looking for a yummy chicken dinner and you want to spend about 1.5 seconds making it, then this is for you! (Okay, you will probably spend a little bit longer than 1.5 seconds. But seriously, the prep time is like 5 minutes!)

The original recipe I saw was this one. But I'm not a huge fan of green beans so I substituted broccoli and baby carrots. I bet you could use any vegetable; Corn, cauliflower, zucchini, they all sound good to me!

What You'll Need:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
Red Baby Potatoes
Whatever Vegetable
1 Packet of Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 Stick of Butter

Yes, this is as easy as it looks. Cube the Potatoes, and place them in a 9X13 pan with the chicken and vegetables. (like the above picture). Sprinkle your packet of Italian dressing mix over top, met your butter and do the same. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. And just like that, dinner is ready! Try it out! We loved it!

P.S. This has nothing to do with chicken dinners, but there is this giveaway (a Rafflecopter giveaway ) for a kitchen aid mixer and I really want to win. Blogging about it gives me extra entries. So, here ya go.

Oriental Chicken Salad

Remember back when I went to this birthday party? My sister-in-law made a delicious Oriental Chicken Salad and I have been wanting to make it ever since. BUT I "wouldn't have time" or I would "forget to buy the ingredients". SO NO MORE EXCUSES. I made it! SO good! I went over to my good friend Brielle's house. You can find her blog here. I made salad and we watched some Netflix together. Not a bad afternoon. I decided to post the recipe on here 1. so you guys can all make and enjoy this heavenly salad and 2. so I won't forget how to make it.

Things you'll need:
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 Head of Cabbage
Sliced Almonds
Green Onions
Ramen Noodles
2 T White Vinegar
2/3 C Oil
2 T Sugar
Salt/Pepper

This is a fairly easy salad to make and most of you can probably figure it out without me putting step by step instructions, BUT for those of you who have no idea what you're doing (like me) I will make it a little easier for you.

  1. First you will need to dice the chicken and cook it. I added salt and pepper to the chicken while I was cooking it (just a little more flavor). While the chicken was cooking I shredded the cabbage and chopped the green onions. After the chicken is done cooking, mix the chicken, green onions, cabbage, almonds, and ramen noodles (raw and crushed up).
  2. Then add the dressing, which is the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt/pepper and the packets of seasoning that come with the ramen noodles. We ate our salad as soon as it was done, but if you aren't going to eat it right away, don't put the dressing on until right before. It tends to make the salad soggy if you put it on too early.
That's it! Super easy! Hope you enjoy!
