What happens when Matt & Brielle babysit is...

a little bit scary. (we found these pictures on the ipad when we got home). I'm pretty sure Abbi wasn't too sure about it.

But we absolutely LOVED getting away for 45 minutes, because anyone out there with kids knows it is 200% easier to grocery shop without them. It is so nice to have babysitters so close...

Love is all you need...

As you all know, Valentine's Day is this week! So, here are a few things we are "loving" lately:

• Our crazy hair, especially when it curls! 
• When Dad comes home from school/work. That means {playtime!}
• Pears, apples & sweet potatoes. 
• NAP TIME! (okay, mom loves this one)
• Dancing to Disney songs
• & Giggling. Lots and Lots of giggling.

Epic Mom Fail.

You know that one night when you decide to cut your baby girl's finger nails because every time you look at her you see she has scratched herself again, and when you cut the thumb nail, you accidentally cut a little A LOT of skin, and she starts screaming {you start bawling},her thumb is bleeding and you go through like 12 band-aids to try and get it to stop. And then even after you get the bleeding under control and she has forgotten about it, you feel guilty the rest of the night. Yeah, I would consider that a BIG, FAT, EPIC MOM FAIL!

On our sick days...

The past couple days Abbigail has had a fever. We've been to the doctor, and he seems to think it is just a viral infection, so we can't really do anything but use Tylenol and cuddle. {because cuddling fixes everything} Even with a fever, our girl has quite the personality. I have the best. job. ever. I just love being her Mom!
